* Name, email address, and school details, when you enrol in a program or download resources.
* Course progress data to help teachers track their learning.
* Optional feedback or survey responses shared voluntarily.
* Optional photos, videos or testimonials showing Inner Stillness activities in use. These are only collected and shared with the explicit written consent of the school and/or parents and guardians.
* Any identifiable images of children will only be used with parental consent and in accordance to school privacy policies.
2. How we use your information
* To create and manage user accounts on Thinkific.
* To deliver Inner Stillness program content and teacher resources.
* To communicate important program updates, certificates and support emails.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored securely through Thinkific servers and email systems compliant with Australian privacy standards and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
4. Sharing of Information
Inner Stillness does not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties. We may share limited data with our learning platform providers (Thinkific and Zoho) only for technical support or legal requirements
